I teach a disciplined, rules-based approach to options income for people who want more control, less stress, and a practical way to improve their finances.

My work focuses on consistency, risk management, and repeatable decision-making — not guesswork, shortcuts, or gambling.

The goal is simple: build income in a way that supports life, not one that consumes it.

Why Income Options Lab Exists

Financial pressure quietly shapes our lives.

It influences the jobs we tolerate, the risks we avoid, and the decisions we delay — often more than we realize.

After discovering that I could generate a full-time income by selling options, my focus became clear:
to teach a practical, repeatable skill set designed to reduce financial pressure and allow people to live life on their own terms.

My background reflects that philosophy:

  • Honours BSc (McMaster University)

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (CMCC), with extensive post-graduate clinical experience

  • Over 20 years of experience across equities, futures, forex, crypto, and options

  • Full-time options trader and long-term investor

Most of what I teach is boring by design — risk-managed, repeatable strategies aimed at steady income over time.

There’s also a little room for flexibility and more volatile plays, but always within clear rules and defined risk.

The goal isn’t excitement.
It’s reliability.
