Terms of Service
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Plain-English summary
Everything Income Options Lab publishes and teaches is educational. It is not financial advice, and you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
The book carries a 14-day refund guarantee. Memberships and coaching have their own terms, set out below. What you buy is licensed for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.
The full terms follow. Please read them, because they govern your purchase.
1. Who you are contracting with
Income Options Lab is the operating name of Ahmad Jawid Rostayee, a sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada (“Income Options Lab,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
These Terms govern your use of incomeoptionslab.com, and your purchase and use of anything we sell, including digital books and companion resources, one-on-one coaching sessions, and paid community memberships (together, the “Products”). They also govern your use of free materials, emails, and any community space we operate.
They should be read together with our Earnings & Risk Disclosure, Fulfillment Policy, and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing the site, purchasing a Product, or participating in any Income Options Lab service or community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or participate.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter this agreement and to use these services where you live. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
3. Educational purpose only
All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing we publish, teach, or discuss is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to enter any trade.
Using our content, buying a Product, attending a coaching session, or joining a community does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or client relationship of any kind.
Any discussion or display of trades, positions, strategies, or results is a non-directive educational example. Examples are not signals, alerts, or instructions and are not intended to be acted upon. This includes trades and results shared by Income Options Lab and content posted by other members.
Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of all capital committed to a position. No income, profit, or performance outcome is promised or implied. The full position is set out in the Earnings & Risk Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms and which you should read before purchasing.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in United States dollars. Payment for books and coaching is processed by Stripe. Membership billing is processed by Whop. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
You are responsible for any currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, and any taxes or duties that apply where you live. Your bank or card issuer sets those, not us.
By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects a purchase already completed, and for a recurring membership a price change applies only to renewals after we have given you notice.
Products are available worldwide except where prohibited by law. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
5. What you receive and how it is delivered
Digital books and companion resources are delivered by email as downloadable PDFs, automatically after successful payment. Coaching sessions are booked and delivered as described in Section 8. Membership access is provisioned through Whop and delivered on Discord.
Delivery, timing, access duration, and what to do if something does not arrive are set out in the Fulfillment Policy. If a purchase does not reach you, contact support@incomeoptionslab.com and we will resolve it.
6. Refunds
Digital books. Your purchase is covered by a 14-day guarantee. Work through the material, and if it isn’t what you expected, email support@incomeoptionslab.com within 14 days of purchase with a brief note on what you tried and what didn’t meet your expectations, and we will refund your purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Access to the files may be withdrawn after a refund, and the licence in Section 9 ends.
Coaching. See Section 8.
Memberships. See Section 7.
Outside these terms, purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by consumer protection law that applies to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under that law and cannot waive.
If we terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, refunds are not provided except where required by law.
7. Memberships
We offer paid community memberships billed through Whop. Two structures are used and the terms differ, so check which one you are buying before you pay.
Recurring memberships renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. It does not refund the current period, and access continues until that period ends. Payments already made for completed or in-progress periods are non-refundable.
Prepaid fixed-term memberships are paid in full at the start and give access for the full term. Once access has been granted, a prepaid term is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled part-way through for a partial refund, with one exception: if you purchase a prepaid term without having previously held a recurring membership with us, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase by emailing support@incomeoptionslab.com, and access will be removed when the refund is issued. This is stated clearly before purchase. A recurring monthly membership is available as a lower-commitment way to try the community first.
If we discontinue a community, or materially reduce what a prepaid term was sold as including, we will refund the unused portion of that term on a pro rata basis. This is the one circumstance in which a prepaid term is refunded.
Membership is personal to you. Login credentials, invitations, and access may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by more than one person.
When a membership ends, for any reason, access to the community and to anything hosted inside it ends with it. Files you downloaded during your membership remain yours to keep under the licence in Section 9. We do not undertake to preserve, export, or return community content, messages, or history.
8. Coaching
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes, booked through our online calendar, and delivered by video call. Availability is limited and is currently Mondays and Wednesdays.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, either by choosing another open slot in the calendar or by emailing support@incomeoptionslab.com. Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice are refunded in full. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed sessions where you do not attend, are not refunded.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you an alternative time or a full refund, at your choice.
Coaching is educational. It is not personalized investment advice, and it does not become advice because the discussion involves your account, your watchlist, or a position you hold. We do not assess your suitability or financial circumstances, do not manage money, and do not place trades on your behalf. Section 3 applies in full to everything discussed in a session.
9. Licence and permitted use
When you buy a digital Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read, print, and keep it for your own individual use. That licence does not expire.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, upload, or make the material available to anyone else, in whole or in part, whether or not for payment. You may not use it to create derivative works, to train or fine-tune any machine learning or artificial intelligence system, or to teach the material commercially as your own. Brief quotation for review or commentary, with attribution, is permitted.
All content remains our property or that of our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. For permissions and licensing enquiries, contact hello@incomeoptionslab.com.
10. Free updates to future editions
When a revised edition of a book you have purchased is released, you can request it at no additional charge by emailing us with proof of purchase. This applies to the book and its companion resources.
This is a commitment to supply the revised edition, not a commitment to produce one on any schedule.
11. Community conduct
In any community space we operate, you agree not to harass, intimidate, threaten, or abuse anyone; post misleading or unverifiable performance claims; offer financial advice, managed accounts, signals, or alert services; solicit funds or investments; hold yourself out as a licensed adviser; share or resell paid materials; spam, advertise, or recruit; or post unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
Content posted by members is the view of that member alone and is not reviewed, verified, or endorsed by us. We may remove content and restrict or revoke access at any time, but we do not undertake to monitor, moderate, or correct member content, and no duty of supervision is created by these Terms or by any moderation we choose to carry out.
You retain ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and store it for the purpose of operating the community.
12. Third-party platforms
Delivery and access depend on third-party services including Stripe, Whop, Discord, Kit, and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability is outside our control.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, account terminations, or data handling by those providers. If a provider becomes unavailable or unsuitable, we may move a service to a different platform, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.
13. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any Product or community for breach of these Terms, for conduct that harms other members, or where required by law. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will normally raise it with you first.
You may stop using the site at any time, and may cancel a membership as described in Section 7.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The site, content, and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free, that the site or any community will be uninterrupted or secure, or that any strategy, framework, or method described will produce any particular result.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, the content, the Products, or any community, whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid us for that Product in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Income Options Lab and Ahmad Jawid Rostayee from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the content, your conduct in a community space, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and material changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the site where reasonable.
Changes are not retroactive. The terms in effect when you completed a purchase govern that purchase. Continued use of the site or a membership after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, and if you do not accept them you may cancel your membership as described in Section 7.
18. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that venue.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your own country of residence, and you may have the right to bring proceedings there.
Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at hello@incomeoptionslab.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most problems are solved in an email.
19. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or transfer of the business, and if we do, existing purchases and any prepaid term carry over on the same terms. These Terms, together with the Earnings & Risk Disclosure, Fulfillment Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us and replace all earlier versions. Notices to you may be sent to the email address you provided at purchase.
