Plain-English summary
Everything is delivered digitally. The book and its companion resources arrive by email within minutes of payment. Coaching is booked through our calendar and delivered by video call. Community access is granted through Whop and delivered on Discord.
If something doesn’t arrive, email support@incomeoptionslab.com and we will sort it out.
Refund terms are summarized here and set out in full in our Terms of Service.
1. What you receive
Digital books. The Triple Income (Wheel) Strategy is a 95-page digital book supplied as a downloadable PDF, together with five companion resources: the Stock Selection Checklist, the SMART Trade Acceptance Checklist, the Weekly Options Routine, the Chapter-by-Chapter Study Guide, and the Lab Notes Quick-Reference Guide. All six files are included in the purchase price.
Coaching. A 60-minute one-on-one session delivered by video call.
Community memberships. Access to a private Discord community for the duration of your membership, at the tier you purchased.
Nothing is shipped physically. There are no printed editions and no shipping charges.
2. How and when it is delivered
Digital books are delivered automatically by email as soon as your payment is confirmed. Delivery normally takes a few minutes. The email is sent to the address used at checkout and contains download links to your files.
If it hasn’t arrived within an hour, check your spam, promotions, and junk folders first, since automated delivery email is the most common thing filters catch. If it still isn’t there, email support@incomeoptionslab.com from the address you purchased with and we will send it manually.
Coaching sessions are booked through our online calendar after purchase. You choose an available slot and receive a confirmation with the video call link. Availability is limited and is currently Mondays and Wednesdays.
Community access is provisioned through Whop when payment is confirmed. You will receive access instructions by email and connect your Discord account to join. Access is normally granted immediately.
3. If delivery fails
Email support@incomeoptionslab.com from the address used for the purchase. We will locate the order and resolve it.
If for any reason a download link is no longer working, we hold the original files and will email them to you directly as attachments. Your access to what you bought does not depend on any single link remaining live.
4. Access, re-downloads, and updates
Files you purchase are yours to keep. Download them and save your own copy, which is the most reliable form of access.
If you lose your files or your email, we will re-send them at any time. Email support@incomeoptionslab.com from the address used at purchase. If you no longer have access to that address, contact us with proof of purchase and we will verify the order.
When a revised edition of a book you have purchased is released, you can request it at no additional charge by emailing us with proof of purchase.
5. Coaching sessions
Sessions are 60 minutes, delivered by video call, and booked through our online calendar.
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, either by selecting another open slot in the calendar yourself or by emailing support@incomeoptionslab.com. Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice are refunded in full. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and sessions you do not attend, are not refunded.
If we need to cancel or move a session, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
6. Memberships
Memberships are billed through Whop and delivered on Discord. Access begins when payment is confirmed and continues for as long as the membership is active.
Recurring memberships renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so access continues until that period ends. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
Prepaid fixed-term memberships are paid in full at the start and give access for the whole term. Access ends when the term ends unless you purchase another.
If a payment fails, the membership is marked past due and the payment is retried over a five-day period, with reminders sent asking you to update your payment details. Access may be paused during that period. If payment has not succeeded after five days, the membership is cancelled automatically and access ends.
When a membership ends, for any reason, Discord access is removed automatically and access to anything hosted inside the community ends with it. Files you downloaded while a member remain yours to keep, under the licence in our Terms. We do not undertake to preserve, export, or return community content or message history.
Membership is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
7. Refunds in summary
Full refund terms are in our Terms of Service. In summary:
Digital books carry a 14-day guarantee. Work through the material, and if it isn’t what you expected, email support@incomeoptionslab.com within 14 days of purchase with a brief note on what you tried and what didn’t meet your expectations, and we will refund your purchase.
Coaching is refunded in full when cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and is not refunded for late cancellations or missed sessions.
Recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time to stop future billing. Periods already paid for are not refunded.
Prepaid fixed-term memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted, with two exceptions. If you purchase a prepaid term without having previously held a recurring membership with us, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase by emailing support@incomeoptionslab.com, and access will be removed on refund. And if we discontinue a community, or materially reduce what a prepaid term was sold as including, we refund the unused portion of the term on a pro rata basis.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that applies to you and cannot be waived.
8. Payment disputes
If something has gone wrong with an order, email support@incomeoptionslab.com first. Most problems are a delivery issue and are fixed the same day, and a refund within the terms above is faster than a bank dispute.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in access to all products and services being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
9. Availability and currency
Products are sold worldwide, except where prohibited by law, and all prices are in United States dollars. Your bank or card issuer sets any currency conversion or foreign transaction charges, and you are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply where you live.
