All offerings from Income Options Lab are delivered digitally. Most purchases are non-refundable. Certain higher-priced offerings may include a short cooling-off period, which will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

1. Digital Delivery

All products and services offered by Income Options Lab are delivered electronically. Access is typically provided immediately upon successful payment.

Because delivery is digital, you are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and terms prior to purchase.

2. Subscriptions & Ongoing Access

Some offerings may be sold as subscriptions (monthly, annual, or fixed-term). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation prevents future billing only and does not retroactively refund amounts already paid, except where explicitly stated or required by applicable law.

3. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational offerings:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase
  • No refunds are provided for partial use, lack of participation, or change of mind
  • Access to content constitutes delivery of the service

This policy applies to all standard digital products, lower-tier memberships, and subscriptions unless a specific exception is disclosed in writing at checkout.

4. High-Tier Private Community – Cooling-Off Period

Certain higher-priced private community offerings may include a limited cooling-off period, where expressly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Where applicable, purchasers may request a full refund within seventy-two (72) hours of the original purchase date, provided the request is submitted in writing to our support team within that timeframe.

After the cooling-off period expires:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds will be issued
  • Continued access constitutes acceptance of the service

Upon approval of a refund:

  • Access to the private community and all related materials will be immediately revoked
  • Any future re-enrollment may be declined at our discretion

This cooling-off period exists solely to allow a brief opportunity to reconsider a purchase and does not imply satisfaction guarantees, performance expectations, or results of any kind.

5. Premium, Limited, and Special Offerings

From time to time, Income Options Lab may offer higher-priced or limited-access educational programs, including but not limited to:

  • High-tier or private community memberships
  • Extended-duration or lifetime access offerings
  • Boot camps or intensive educational programs
  • Small-group or live educational sessions

Each such offering may have unique pricing, duration, access terms, and refund eligibility, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at checkout:

  • Premium offerings are non-refundable
  • Access may be time-limited, conditional, or revocable
  • Participation does not guarantee results or outcomes

Lifetime access, where offered, refers to the lifetime of the offering as operated by Income Options Lab and does not guarantee perpetual availability or support.

6. Coaching and Live Educational Sessions

Coaching and live sessions are educational in nature. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund, except where required by applicable law.

7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to all services and offerings.
